Information Service
The Information Team is staffed by Stacey Clark, Information Co-ordinator, (Vacancy) Information Officer and Paul Chalmers, Information Assistant. The team provides information and support to carers, young carers and disabled people as well as other members of staff within the organisation and professionals from external agencies.
Over 1200 general enquiries are responded to every year covering a wide range of issues such as benefits, respite, housing, holidays, legislation and local policies, practical help and access to support groups.
The service publishes a quarterly newsletter, The Digest, with items on caring and disability issues, information about the work of the PRT Dundee Carers Centre and on other local events and developments.
